Every year at Christmas, Ty’s dad would bring a cheese ball, and it was always the most delicious thing ever! I finally asked for the recipe, and boy, was I surprised! It was so easy, you could make it in your sleep!
4 ingredients – that’s it.
So, now instead of only eating this cheese ball at Christmas, it has become a go-to recipe for just about EVERY holiday! This Easy Cheese Ball is perfect for potlucks, holiday gatherings, and even a fun Saturday lunch! Bring it out when you have company over for an extra special wow factor! Just don’t forget the crackers! (we prefer Club crackers)
Better yet, do what we do and keep all of the ingredients on hand in your pantry at all times!
Whenever I go to the store, I check for dried beef because there are a lot of times when I’ve wanted to make this cheese ball and can’t find dried beef at the store. It’s good to buy it when you can! (Most people buy dried beef to make “chipped beef” – I can honestly say I’ve never had chipped beef, but here’s a recipe if you’d like to try it!)

By the way, this cheese ball is also low-carb! Instead of crackers, try cucumbers, bacon “chips,” celery, peppers – whatever your little low-carb heart fancies! Yum!
