Creamy Sausage Vegetable Soup
A hearty soup perfect for a winter day.

- 1 qt. chicken broth
- 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 potatoes, chopped
- 1 lb. sausage, browned
- 1 pkg. Creamy Potato Soup Mix
- whipping cream (as much as you desire, or use something lighter like milk or half and half)
- salt & pepper (to taste)
In a large saucepan, cook frozen vegetables in chicken broth until tender.
Meanwhile, brown sausage and drain fat.
Add potato soup mix to vegetables and broth (add more water if needed).
Add browned sausage.
Add whipping cream.
Serve immediately with a crusty loaf of bread.
