Smoked Street Corn Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Corn or Mexican Corn drained
  • ½ block Velveeta cubed
  • 12 oz Cream Cheese cubed
  • 16 oz Pepper Jack block cheese cubed
  • 1 can Rotel
  • Tajin seasoning generous amount

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a casserole dish or foil pan and smoke uncovered on medium (around 325°) for 2 hours.
