Have any of you noticed my schizophrenic blog of late? Yeah, well, that’s me…ALL me. I am an HTML novice. All I’ve learned about editing templates has been learned through late night reading of blogs designed to make it simple…yeah, right.
I am sure there have been a few of you who have accidentally wandered into my blogland disaster and wondered what in the world was going on. Never fear…it’s just me taking out my frustrations in HTML code.
Unfortunately, I am not one to give up and complacently accept things for the way they are. So, reader beware…
I WILL figure this out, but as with all good organizational challenges, it might get worse before it gets better!
(I don’t suppose it would hurt to beg all of you to hang in there with me….PRETTY PLEASE WITH SUGAR ON TOP? ;o) )

Amy, your blog is pretty. 🙂 It loads pretty fast for me and I have always enjoy the music that plays when I visit here. 🙂 Maybe the text could be a bit darker, would make it easier for reading.
I wouldn’t even know where to start with redoing my blog design!

I love the way your blog looks, but I would love it if the music was optional!!! I usually am playing my own music on the computer, and when I open several blogs at a time, I have to go through and silence all the music so I can hear my own.

I second that about making the music optional (it also means it takes longer to load on our computer) – love everything else though!

I am glad all of you mentioned the music b/c I have it set NOT to start and for me it does not start automatically (it is set to FALSE in HTML)…I wonder why it was still playing??? Anyway, I just removed it and we’ll see if it loads any quicker.

I am enjoying the changes to your blog! However, it has always loaded more slowly than most others for me… I find that happens more on blogs that have music set to play automatically, my 6 year old computer takes a while to process that, apparently. So I would vote for optional music, myself. Oh, and to answer your question, it is still automatic right now (7/11).
But the way it looks is lovely, as is the content 😀
