A Little Holiday Embellishment – Lilla Rose Winter Giveaway!

Lately, I’ve been using my Lilla Rose flexi clips to embellish my winter outfits and my hairdo’s.  I thought I’d share with you how just a little touch of beauty can go a long way in taking a mundane look to holiday status.

I’ve been noticing that scarves have not waned in their popularity for several years now.  I love using scarves when I am pregnant because they bring the eye to the face and they are good at hiding stains on my shirts since I don’t seem to know where I begin and where I end! 😉  Scarf clips are quite popular right now and I noticed on the Lilla Rose website that they were using the flexi-clips as scarf clips.  How neat!  (And I love it when something can serve more than one purpose – makes me feel like I’m getting my money’s worth!)  If you are looking for some neat ways to tie a scarf, click here!

Another way I’ve been using my Flexi Clips is to make an otherwise not so great hairdo into something worth raving about.  You all know about my messy bun, but did you know you can take that same messy bun, throw a Flexi Clip in it and it no longer looks like a rat’s nest?!  For years, I’ve also done a half messy bun and it too looks fantastic with a small Flexi Clip embellishing it.  These are my go-to hairstyles when I don’t have a lot of time!

    I have one flexi-clip. The celtic cross. I love it. I have a lot of hair and I can pull it up and back out of my face….and I don’t get a headache!

    I don’t own a Lila Rose product yet, but it’s time! It’s obvious these are durable as well as beautiful. Since I daily pull my hair up and back, I really should get one.

    Just prayed for you, Misty, and will continue too. As a mom, I understand how hard it is to be ‘down’, and then without out seeing the end. Praying the Great Physician will give you peace, strength for the day and healing.

    I have one flexi-clip, but since it has dangles from it I have a really hard time using it because I am left handed. I also need a different size to do some of the things I’d like to do with it.

    Yes! I have 2 of those clips, and about a year ago cut off all my hair to donate to Locks of Love. So those clips have sat in a drawer…but today…they are going to adorn my scarf! Love that idea!

    I would love to own some of these clips! Can not stand the damage hair elastics are doing to our hair. These are so pretty and look way better than the ugly claw clips.

    My daughter has a flexi clip but I don’t. I’ve tried hers but it’s too big for my super fine hair. I’d love to try a smaller one in my hair. They are just so beautiful!

    I am lifting Misty in prayer and prayerfully considering a purchase! I cannot imagine what she must be going through. I have certain health problems that keep me down for several days out of the month, so I’m sure it’s a struggle. God bless her and her family & may the Lord place His loving, healing hands upon her!

    BTW, these Lila Rose pins are just awesome! My daughter has thin hair that she just can’t keep up with traditional hair ties and clips. These would be perfect! The business opportunity sounds great too! I’ll be prayerfully considering that as well! =)

    yes I own 1 flexi clip and love it for my long hair. It is a little thin so other clips just let the hair fall out. Not the flexi clip

    Flexi clips are great quick hairstyle for a busy mom and it always looks great. They are great for short or long and thin or thick hair. My girls and I love using them.

      LOL…I can relate! I have five boys with one on the way…I have to make an actual effort to make any frilly attempts for myself! It just doesn’t come naturally to me…even as queen of my ‘crew of blue’! 🙂

    I don’t have any Lila Rose clips but have been REALLY wanting to get one. I have very thick, long hair and have a terrible time finding a clip to fit my hair. I love the designs and hope to try them out someday and maybe even sell them…
