On February 10th at sunset on an Australian beach, my Emily’s name was written in the sand.
Born from the dreams of a grieving mother, this ministry has touched many, many lives. Please take a moment to visit Names In The Sand, and if you are a grieving mother, consider having your child’s name written in the sand.

I am praying for you. I just found your blog and am so saddened. 2 days before your precious daughter left this world to be with Jesus, our daughter was born. Feb 8, 2008. The day she left this life, our daughter was being tested for downs, which came back negative. before we had our daugher we lost 2 babies half way through my pregnancies, so now i say, i have 3 children here and 2 in heaven, our little Jessie and Samuel are with Jesus. i thought we would never have another baby that i could hold in my arms. and now 1 year later as you have had the hardest year, we have had such a blessed year, i feel convicted that i dont cherish every moment like i should. what an eye opener for me tonight. thank you for your blog, and know that your family is in our prayers. i didnt see this anywhere, but how old is your newest edition? the Lord can really wipe away our tears, yes. may the Lord bless you and yours, and i will continue to come and learn from your insight. the me time myth was my first eye opener from your blog, and now a second. all i can say, is AMEN. >Heather
