Blake has been waiting for this day all his life. OK, maybe that is an exaggeration, but he has been waiting quite a while to turn 11.
Maybe you are wondering why a child would be excited about turning 11. It really isn’t much of a milestone, is it? Nothing like 10 or 13 or 16. Oh, but contraire mon fraire…you don’t know my son…
For today is a day to celebrate! No longer must my poor 5’3″ baby boy eat off the kid’s menu! (unless, of course, it is a “12 and under” restaurant!!)
