As you know, I ADORE reconning things I don’t use and making them into something I do use. Just as socks become baby leg warmers and t-shirts become diapers, this time a man’s button-down dress shirt became this:
The dress looks amazing and was really quite simple to put together. The original instructions are no longer available, but you can find a similar pattern HERE.
Ty has a shirt just like this (the one I used for our little girl was given to us by a former co-worker of his), so my husband and daughter went to church yesterday in matching apparel! How fun!

fabulous job, Momma! I love this project, I started one last summer, then realized I didn’t have any elastic left and stopped….now its still sitting on my ironing board waiting for me to finish it. I really should do that!

Thanks Linda for asking. Yes, Jeff is doing well. He goes for surgery tomorrow to repair his arm and pelvis/hip. Be in prayer that the doctors know exactly what to do for him so he can heal completely.
