Hi Natalie! I hesitate to share where it came from because there’s a lot of bones in the meat, if you know what I mean! It was from the Dress Your Truth website. I was looking for some clothing ideas, and there was mention made of how some people need to move first and then think and others need to really think through things before they move. The philosophy behind the website is quite new age and linked this notion to yin and yang. I chose to remove the idea from that context and consider it in light of the unique personalities God has given each of us.
